To Create WLM Multi ID aka MSN Polygamy. Just Open your Registry Edit and then find

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Live

One Messenger Folder create New Dword and name it whatever you want such as MultipleID or else.

Then Right click on it and edit the Dword to 1. Clik OK. Done
